Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple technical improvement initiatives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources appropriately to ensure successful project execution.
Manage the availability and assignment of resources and personnel.
Risk Management:
Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure project risks are managed and communicated effectively.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and expected outcomes.
Prepare reports and presentations to update stakeholders on key project metrics.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality of project outputs, ensuring they meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
Implement and monitor project standards and practices to maintain quality.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in technical project management, managing multiple projects in parallel.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management software tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
