Essential Job Duties

Process Development and Standardization:
Lead the development and standardization of business processes across various departments.
Ensure that all processes are aligned with the organization’s objectives and contribute to efficient operations.

Process Documentation:
Document all standardized processes in a clear, concise, and accessible manner.
Create and maintain process documentation that can be easily understood and followed by all employees.

Quality Management:
Integrate quality management principles into process development and documentation.
Ensure that processes meet industry standards and are compliant with relevant regulations.

Team Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with different departments to understand their process needs and challenges.
Train staff on new processes and ensure a smooth transition to standardized practices.

Continuous Process Improvement:
Regularly review and update processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into process management.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Extensive experience in process mapping, documentation, and quality management systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with various teams.
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a structured and methodical way.
Experience in the high volume, low cost manufacturing sector.
