We are currently looking for an Interim Operations and Delivery Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This role is critical for driving day-to-day operations and deliveries, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness during a period of transition. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining operational continuity, energizing teams, solving problems, and consistently meeting delivery targets. Your ability to navigate challenges and maintain a high level of operational performance will be key to the day-to-day success of our client's business.

Daily Operations Management:
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement strategies to maintain operational continuity during the transition period.
Delivery and Target Achievement:
Ensure that delivery targets are consistently met.
Develop and maintain effective delivery processes to enhance operational performance.
Team Leadership and Problem Solving:
Lead, motivate, and energize the team to achieve high performance and resolve operational issues.
Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to overcome challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
Operational Reporting and Communication:
Regularly report on operational performance, challenges, and achievements to the client's senior management.
Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operational management, particularly in driving day-to-day operations and deliveries.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed delivery targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and energize teams.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for effective decision-making.
