In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the availability, usability, and effective visualization of operational, supply chain, and inventory data. Your expertise in data management and business intelligence will be essential in a data-driven environment where making informed decisions is crucial. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards, integrating data from various ERP systems and sources, and providing actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making across different business, supply chain, sales, and operations roles.

Data Management and Integration:
Ensure consistent availability and accessibility of operational, supply chain, and inventory data.
Integrate data from various ERP systems and sources to provide a cohesive view of business operations.
Maintain the integrity and quality of data across all platforms.

Dashboard Development and Data Visualization:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights.
Utilize advanced data visualization tools and techniques to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
Continuously refine and enhance dashboards to meet evolving business needs.

Analytics and Insights:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights critical for decision-making.
Provide analytical support to different business units, aiding in strategy formulation and operational improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with IT, sales, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure data coherence and alignment with business objectives.
Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Train and support users in utilizing dashboards and interpreting data.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization.
Recommend and implement improvements to data systems and processes.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven expertise in data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) and techniques.
Experience with various ERP systems and integrating data from multiple sources.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
