The successful completion of our customer assignments is founded on the HMH Vision results focused methodology.

We strongly believe in a structured three-way collaboration between our client, the consultant(s) or interim manager (depending on the type of assignment) and a senior HMH Vision Partner.

Partners at HMH Vision are senior executives with significant line management experience and many years of practical consulting knowledge, who take overall responsibility for the contracted transformation projects.

Working closely with the client, the HMH Vision Partner quickly develops an understanding of the situation, documents is and agrees this with the client. In the next step, recommendations for appropriate actions to bring about improvement are being presented by the HMH Vision Partner and agreed with the client.

These two initial steps form the basis for us to then determine the right individuals to actively work in the clients organization to bring about the required change.

The HMH Vision Partner remains the lead on behalf of HMH Vision for the assignment. It is their task to  continually assess progress, voice an unbiased point of view and, when or where necessary, source further appropriate capabilities and/or knowledge from our international network.

Accompanying the project with such a collaborative approach and appropriately spaced  reviews ensures that we remain flexible to act quickly to any matters brought about by developing issues or indeed new requirements.

Finally and towards the end of the assignment, the HMH Vision Partner develops, in collaboration with the client and the HMH Vision assignee(s), a handover plan  to ensure a lasting continuation of the result achieved.
